Plaster bandage shell has been applied. Takes about 15 minutes to get hard enough to remove

Plaster support shell and skin safe silicone jacket removed from the model and prepared for the casting material

Initial gelcoat laid up in the mold to capture all the detail
|
After several coats with fiberglass strand and matting mixed in
|
Final casting just out of the mold
